Add money to your payoneer account with private load
If you have nepal paypal already and you have money there,you can send the money to your US paypal first and then withdraw to payoneer easily. But if you need to load your payoneer personally and you dont have money then use following method.Remember that Private load can be done only when you receive one payment from payoneer associates like Paypal. You should have received money from paypal or freelancer or odesk etc once, before you can load funds by yourself. If you have no money in your payoneer account then you cannot load personally. You can have only $1 in payoneer before you can use your private load facility. That means you should have done one transaction from paypal before you can use private load. I have payoneer account and have some balance but not much money. If i will have enough money then i will start service of transfering funds from my payoneer account to your payoneer account at reasonable cost. Keep looking the blog for more info.
So here how you guys can add money to payoneer via private load option when you have activated the card after you receive it. To add money to your payoneer account for shopping or any other purpose you need an international credit card or debit card. Normally it is hard to get international debit or credit card in Nepal,so the option for us to load money to payoneer account is by contacting our Family member or relatives in foreign country who have international VISA or MASTERCARD . They(your family member or relative) can login to this page=> Load payoneer and load funds to your account. You need to give your MASTERCARD number to them and tell them to select," BY Payoneer card number" and then continue to other step. Your relative should provide his card details and all the required details and also select the amount he/she wants to send to your payoneer account. For eg:100USD ...you will have to pay 3.5% service fee if you want to load your card. There are two option,either your relative have to pay $103.5 and you will get 100USD in your account or your relative will pay $100 and you will get $96.5 in your account. You can choose it. Verify paypal easily from nepal or any other country ...
This is an easy tutorial for all of you people who are having trouble connecting and verifying your paypal account.... do exactly as I say and don't make simple mistake...And if you want me to do all the process in your own home or office then i can do it for you for a charge of Rs.500 near kalanki and Rs.700 for far places. Okie first i will start with Opening account in Payoneer....
OPENING ACCOUNT ON PAYONEER
Payoneer is an US based company that provides its mastercard and virtual bank account to person from any country provided they fill up a application form with their accurate information. visit here Signup For payoneer .
1. visit the above link and signup
2.press start here.
3.while providing sign up Information,provide your actual information not fake information. All your name ,address should exactly match the details with your citizenship card. Keep your permanent address as in ur citizenship card or driving license.(I'm just providing example...this is not my real detail as i have already got the card)

4. If your current location is different from the location mentioned in ur citizenship card and you want your mastercard to ship to your current location then just below mobile no. u'll see Click here and fill in this section ONLY if your shipping address is different from above or you want your card shipped to a PO Box.click the checkbox and enter your shipping address (the address when you want your card to be shipped) there. For Example my citizenship card has kalanki-1 but i want to ship the card to baneshwor-1.here is a what you do

5. After completing all the above step go to step II.. Then choose your password and security question..password for further login to your payoneer account and security ques in case you forget your password.provide necessary information.
6. After completion of step II go to step III where you should verify your personal information...this is where you should provide the citizenship card no. or your driving license no.After writing all the detail properly agree to all of the conditions and click finish.

7. After someday(2-3days but mine was approved in that day only) they will approve your account and send you email in the email id you have previously written while filling detail. They will tell you to follow there instruction. You have to login to your payoneer account with the login info you provided in step II. There ,under receive money click in US payment service/profile and answer the questionaire about how you are earning money and then submit.It will ask for you to put the Url of website from which you are earning..you can put your earning site url there. for example ODesk.com and submit. While you are doing this your card is ready to be shipped to you. The card information can be seen by clicking

8.After that there is another field called ID Documents where you have to upload your scanned copy of citizenship card or driving license whichever you entered in step III. Sometime only after veryfying questionaire you can upload ur document.if you cannot upload your document wait for somedays when payoneer will send you message to upload your document....to make it easy upload your citizenship card and any other ID card that is written in english...IF u dont have a ID card written in english then also it is not a problem they translate it themselves.But if u have better upload that also.
9. After that you will be given a virtual bank account of USA where you can deposit your money from paypal. But paypal in nepal only support sending option so u have to follow another trick to make withdraw to your payoneer account... press below link to know what you should do to make paypal verify your account and send money to payoneer.

How to verify paypal using payoneer???
THIS IS SECOND STEP, FOR FIRST STEP VISIT HERE STEP 1
After following the process of acquiring a account in payoneer account from my previous post ... lets now verify our paypal account
1. Please do not use your existing paypal account..signup for a new paypal account and select your country as USA but use your own name and email ID ... But you should fake the address and phone no. of US ... for valid addresses and phone no. you can visit Fake Name generator ....use only address and other fake info but keep the name same as you have in your payoneer account..if you have relative in USA then you can keep their address and phone no. and inform them about this....
2.After completion of Signup go to your US paypal account and search where you can add/edit bank account ... i think it is under profile... click on add/edit bank account... now go to your payoneer account and under receive money go to US payment profile and there you will see the routing no. and your account no. copy those and paste them in the respective field of paypal where routing no. and account no is required. after that add the bank account...
3. paypal will tell you to select instant approval or something like that logging in to online account... but do not press that...press the next option where it is said that paypal will make two small deposit to your account for verifying...it will take 2-3days.
4.when paypal deposits that small payment to your payoneer account after 2-3days you will get email from payoneer that your account/card is loaded. go to your payoneer account and under "Account information" view payment history....there you will see two small deposit made by paypal in your account... now go to your paypal account and enter those two small deposits amount in bank verification which is shown in right hand side of your paypal....remember enter the same amount...for example if u have $0.1 and $0.15 enter that amount in paypal....after entering the amount your paypal will be verified instantly.... :)
5. After some weeks your payoneer mastercard will also arrive and you can also link your card to the paypal account...... but i warn you not to link your card with US paypal account as you have already linked your bank account...instead link that card to your nepal account so that you can verify your nepal account also and do shopping and ship your product to Nepal.....and if you have nepal paypal already and you have money there,you can send the money to your US paypal and withdraw through payoneer .
Remember that payoneer charges about 30$ yearly for your mastercard and that amount will be deducted from your payoneer account once it is loaded with money...for example: if you withdraw 50$ from paypal to payoneer for 1st time you will only get 20$ as 30$ will be charged for your card...but dont worry this is only yearly charge which will not be charged again until next year and also when you load $100 in your payoneer account you will get one time bonus of $25 but you should sign up through the link i have provided in previous post....plz note that dont withdraw all the money from paypal as soon as possible....let the amount remain account for 2-3days and also leave 10-15%amount in your paypal balance because that will keep you in safer side as your account will not be reviewed....and as far as possible try to take out less amount like 50$ 100$ in a week that will also make it as if normal..... you can withdraw your payoneer accounts money from mastercard in Nepal or anywhere in the world...you can withdraw from any of the ATM that supports Mastercard. But i suggest You to use Nabil bank as it lets you withdraw 35000rs in one transaction and charges about 4-5hundred rupees. but other bank only allows 10000rs withdraw and charges same amount like Nabil Bank... So better Use Nabil Bank... Remember that you cannot verify your mastercard with Paypal account if you dont have balance in it..so Atleast keep $2-3 in your payoneer account before you try to verify the card as paypal charges small amout on your debit card while verifying which is afterwards again returned. This is done in order to verify that you are the true cardholder...they will send some pin no. in ur payoneer account which you should enter in paypal to verify your card... I dont know much about this because I have not linked my card to paypal... If i link my card i'll provide update... i think i made myself clear...plz read the note below ...it is very important you follow it....
Note: PLZ do not open your US paypal account frequently...only use it when required because if you use frequently they may track ur IP address which is of Nepal and block your account or limit your account....and transfer your money immediately after 2-3 days to payoneer account from paypal account when you receive it in order to avoid problems... and lastly, i warn u and warn u very strictly that do not use your Nepal Paypal account and US paypal account from same IP address....You can use broadband internet like ADSL or other to login to US paypal account and use Your cellphones 3G connection to login to Nepal paypal account as this will be very safe....using both account from same IP can bann your IP and You may loose all of your Money in Paypal...follow all the indication properly and you will not face any problem...if you didn't follow the steps properly then your account can be limited and your money will be freezed for 6months so be careful...
